Next mention fixed on 18th Oct, and most likely we will be calling for a pre-sentencing report (for probation evaluation), so it is effectively another adjournment...

If probation is not granted, yet another adjournment will be applied for me to prepare for the plea in mitigation and by that time it will be around dec aldy. NUS is even kind enough to allow me to drop any modules without penality! So maybe I will consider dropping one or two (most likely EC1301 because I've made quite a few stupid mistakes) if I screw up badly for the mid-term test =) So seems that at least this case wont adversely affect my study too much. good news... anyway dont worry I am coping relatively well till now... enjoy mugging in the library for quite a few days aldy.
