    Sentence meted out by the sub courts

    No probation no custodial sentence. 15k fine or 15wks in default. Since the holiday is 6 wks, can pay 10k and go in for 5 wks.
    The fine will be paid by installment, 1k a month for 15 months... which ends in Dec 2008...
     
    I think I am not going to appeal unless the prosecution makes an appeal. Although may get probation on appeal, there is a chance for the sentence to be enhanced and most imptly must pay the lawyer another 5k. Seems it is not very worthwhile...
     
    Just go and see lah.
